Responsibilities and Deliverables
Referred by IBM India Studios to IBM’s Center of Excellence in Accessibility Global to design and implement an accessibility compliance framework for MetLife, ensuring adherence to ADA and Section 508 (AA compliance) within six months.
As the senior design researcher in an 8-member team, established an accessibility compliance and testing pipeline through research gathered from stakeholder interviews, mapping existing processes and audits of the platform to produce a cross-functional integration of accessibility strategies across PM, PO, design, and testing workflows.
Developed an B2B accessibility microsite for knowledge management and guidelines implementation across healthcare and dental online services teams.
